Northland Healthcare Alliance partners with Total Administrative Services Corporation to administer flexible spending accounts.
This service enables employees to pay for certain qualified services on a pre-tax basis. Paying for approved benefits with pre-tax dollars reduces the amount employees pay in taxes and increases take-home pay.
Expenses including dental care, prescriptions, eyeglasses and out-of-pocket medical expenses are eligible. The program also includes savings for dependent care services and some transportation expenses.
